“Judicial power” (previously “Law newspaper”) scientific-methodical journal has been being published since 1997, from the first days of the creation of the Association. Since 2004 the “Judicial power” journal has been included in the list of journals acceptable for the publication of the results of candidate dissertations, approved by RA Highest Qualification Committee. From 2018 Vahe Yengibaryan, Honorary lawyer of the RA, Doctor, Professor of Law, Professor of the Chamber of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of YSU is the Editor-in-chief of the journal. The Chairman of the scientific editorial Council of the journal is Arman Mkrtumyan, Honorary lawyer of the RA, Doctor of Law.

NOTICE TO AUTHORS
"Judicial power" scientific-methodical journal is being published at least four times a year.
The scientific editorial board of the journal discusses only those materials that are presented with a review.
The material to be published should have a definite structure – introduction, basic research (may include sections and subsections), conclusion.
Technical requirements for the materials submitted for publishing in the "Judicial power" journal:
1. the title (with uppercase) is indicated at the beginning of the material;
2. the name and surname of the author (with uppercase), the academic degree and title of the author, place of work, position, phone number and e-mail address should be indicated on the next line;
3. margins: top - 25 mm, bottom - 25 mm, right - 25 mm, left - 20 mm;
4. Armenian font - GHEA Grapalat, English font - GHEA Grapalat, Russian font- GHEA Grapalat;
5. font size - 12;
6. line spacing - 1,5;
7. list of used literature in ascending order, font size: 10, the author of the source (bold), title, volume, place of publication, year (in the case of a press, also the number) and the number of pages are indicated;
8. references are given in the footnotes in ascending order, font size: 10, the author of the source (bold), title, volume, place of publication, year (in the case of a press, also the number) and page are indicated;
9. the material can be submitted in Armenian, English or Russian, it should have abstracts in three languages (if it is not in English or Russian, the abstract should be between 150 and 250 words), which should contain definite, precise and comprehensive information about the material. The material should also have up to 10 keywords in three languages;
